Bulletin Week 10, Term 1
Welcome to the Week 10 Parent Bulletin. I would like to congratulate the Year 3/4 Class on presenting a wonderful Whole School Assembly last Friday. It was lovely hearing about what they had been learning about including persuasive writing and their art works.

Holy Week Prayer Services & Plays
This year, each class will be leading us in a prayer service and/or a play to share the story of Easter. All families are welcome to join us as we take the opportunity to reflect on Jesus’ life in the time leading up to his death and crucifixion. The following events are planned;
Thursday Week 10 - The Last Supper (led by Year 3/4 class) at 10:45am.
- The Stations of the Cross (led by Year 5/6 class) at 11:20am.
The Parents and Friends will be providing the students with Hot Cross Buns this Thursday at recess time. We thank the P&F for their continued support.
Tuesday Week 11 - Resurrection Liturgy (led by the Year 1/2 Class) at 2:45pm.
Fr Brian Farewell
As you would already be aware, Fr Brian is leaving the Jamestown Parish and moving to Whyalla shortly after Easter. To thank Fr Brian for the contribution he has made to our school community, we will be having a liturgy at 12pm at school on Thursday, Week 11 (13th April). This will be followed by a Sausage Sizzle at lunchtime as part of the Yr 5/6 class Project Compassion Fundraiser.
Families are most welcome to join us for this and be a part of thanking Fr Brian for all that he has done for the students and families in our school community.
